Jeff Dworsky has lived in Stonington for over thirty years. His photographs have been widely published in The Island Journal, as well as in Yankee, Islands, Downeast, National Geographic Traveler and Maine Boats and Harbors magazines. Best known for his candid photographs of Maine people in their environments, Dworsky offers an intimate look into the life of a small fishing town, attainable only by an accepted member of the community. Dworsky, who works as a lobster fisherman, has been an observer of island life for a generation, recording the small moments of everyday existence with a keen eye for detail.
