11/28: Uh...... November 28

We've made some sort of transition between seasons. Rebecca has her studio set up in the gallery, and she's been keeping that neon OPEN sign lit. Some days we get a few people, other days none, but the sales still trickle in. I've been doing construction work down the street. It's the only carpentry job I've worked on in which we might pause for a moment's reflection up on the roof or wherever, and contemplate trends in art sales or advertising strategies.
I'm always exhausted at the end of the day and find it difficult to look at email or keep up the website. I have mentioned in my information for artists section that November is the time we consider work for next year. I've received a few queries from artists, but haven't really looked at them yet. If you've sent work, be patient. If you're thinking of sending work, do it now. We'll find some time soon to look things over and give it some thought.
I've already received some intriguing submissions for the Ames Pond show. I'd said I would look at work for that show in March, but I'd like to see what we get so we can start planning a catalog. So if you have something already, I'd love to see it any time.
